The Sega RingEdge is a arcade system that was released to arcades in 2009. Several games were released for the system but most of the games that were released for the RingEdge never left Japan. The most common game to make to the USA that uses RingEdge hardware is Let's Go Island. Also note some sites online list VF5: Final Showdown as a RingEdge game but that is false information. Final Showdown only released on the Sega Lindbergh. The system spec's for the RingEdge at the time of release were pretty good for arcade hardware.
