    What is the system for?Just a modified wii hardware?

    Hello,

    Yes, It is modified wii hardware. It even uses the same power plug that a Wii uses. The only real plus of this hardware is that there is no loading times for the matches.

    hello just want to ask something, if i want to put tatsu vs cap in my super neo 29, are the pcb and capcom i/o all that i need?

    Yes, the capcom i/o and the pcb should be all you need to get the game going in your cab.
